| Hi there, We have a room available, but only per day at the price of $40 or at $220 per week...as it has already been rented out and paid for on the 24th of May. So, if your in need of a safe/clean and quiet room for a day or even a week or maybe 2...this could be just perfect for you! Everything is quite included. All you need to bring is your personal things. This room #2, is available starting from today 7th of May, till the 23rd of May. *You will also have access to a full equipped kitchen/washroom and washer/dryer with 2 other quiet students. ***Shared spaces need to stay clean, please. We are searching for quiet, clean and respectful tenants. ***Sorry "No Smoking", "No Pets" and "No Parties". And yes, we do have parking space. We do have an Air-Exchanger threw out the entire house. We also have a Filtered Water System. *P.S. This room is in our basement and you will have a key to your room and a second key for the back door.
