| We are looking to fill the room in December but could be open to a lease starting in January. We're 3 young professionals looking for a 4th to move in December first. We keep a warm, peaceful home. Our ideal roommate identifies as a woman, non smoker, no pets, who doesn't mind sharing a space with a small dog. The room is unfurnished but some items may be available to purchase (bed frame). This room is located upstairs and therefore shares a large 2 sink bathroom with 2 other roomies. The room gets a fair amount of sunlight and it's own closet space. The kitchen and other living spaces are shared. Please note that a small dog (hypoallergenic shnoodle) lives with us. His name is Pesto and he's very loving. Send me a message if you'd like a visit!
