| 1 room for 1 clean person in my home, no parties, no drugs, weed is ok, non smoking, lgbtq safe. Must be employed with proof of employment or if your a student i need proof. this is a drug free zone, its not about not doing drugs here, its about not doing drugs period. We can smoke weed here and that's the limit. it is not luxury living, but its a safe place, proper personal hygiene and cleanliness is expected, it's not perfection, but it's a mess free zone within the shared areas. 300$ Deposit required, 550$ a month, includes 1 room the room is sort of small but the rent is cheap for that reason, access to washroom with shelf space, full access to kitchen and all cookware and dishes, everything you need, some cupboard space, half the fridge and freezer. I provide garbage bags, cleaning supplies like dish soap and cleaning product. I have perfume allergies so please be kind. This is not a perfect place, I am not perfect and I don't expect you to be perfect, but respect for my home must be upheld by cleaning up your mess and respecting boundaries. please be kind. There is only me and my cat who live here.
