| Premium Private Furnished Suites, available for Mature Ladies engaged in post -secondary studies or work, in a Home Away from Home located in family friendly Moncton Hospital neighbourhood. Opening available for immediate occupancy. The residence is located in walking distance to Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont Hospital, UdeM, Codiac Transpo Bus Stop, Groceries, Plaza & Amenities. Easy access is available to the YMCA, Oulton College, and Crandall university via Codiac Transpo. Heat, Lights, Water, and WiFi are equally divided amongst house-mates. Washer & Dryer available pay per-use. Suites will not be held for arrival, rent must be paid in advance of arrival date if you wish to reserve a suite pending your date of arrival. Preference is given to ladies who are completing 2 or more years of university studies or mature ladies; however will consider other applicants on a case per case basis. Proof of Academic Enrolment, Employment & Income Varification are required. The home is not suitable for: children, pets, nor smokers; work from home is not permitted. THE IDEA CANIDATE MUST BE: • CLEAN • QUIET • RESPONSIBILE • CONSIDERATE of fellow housemates • RESPECTFUL of RULES, including, however not limited to CLEANING COMMON AREAS following use, and observation of quite time 8:00PM - 8:00AM. Overnight guests are not permitted. Street parking is available as posted. A Rental Application, Proof of Income, Employment, and/or Post Secondary Admission, References, First and Last Month Rent (Security Deposit), and a Year to Year Home Shared House Mate Agreement are Required to secure accommodations. Additional information may be required. A one time Move-in/out Cleaning Fee of $100 is required and payable with first month’s rent & security deposit. |
