| Looking for a roommate to join the lease in my 2 bedroom apartment on Graham Ave for the 2025/2026 school year. Lease renews August 1st 2025. Rent is $721/month plus heat and lights. Full kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Furniture would be needed for the second bedroom. I will be in my 4th year so preferably looking for someone who will be in their 2nd-4th year.
