I am looking for someone who: - is atleast 21 or above - is quiet, friendly, respectful and responsible - is clean and tidy (knows how to clean and share house duties) - has No Pets (Sorry) - is a Non smoker (Tobacco) & Non Alcoholic (Drunk types) - has a job or is a mature student - knows their way around Kitchen when they cook (cooking and cleaning skills) - has good organization skills - are able to make conversations like an adult - likes different kinds of music - is all the other good stuff (an ideal roommate and a good human) You'll be living with me in a 2 bedroom apartment, which is Fully Furnished (including your bedroom) with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. There is an in-suite laundry. We can talk if you need a parking space. Balcony is facing the sunset. My apartment is fully furnished for you, and it is like my oasis. It's located Southside, next to Prospect st. Bus stop is just down the building. Rent also includes all utilities and internet.
