Other information: The location in a quiet neighbourhood, has non coin operated laundry in the apartment. Bedroom comes unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is completely furnished. Parking space outside of building. Non smoking / vaping apartment. Move in date is would be TBD after proper steps are completed.
