| I am looking for a female, non-smoking, cat-loving, clean, quiet roommate. I particularly enjoy international students as roommates. It is essential that you are good with animals as I have 2 indoor cats who are my babies. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate renters with pets of their own. The room is fully furnished with everything seen in the pictures. You will also have your own fridge that I provide but you’ll share kitchen & laundry facilities with myself & one other renter. You will share a bathroom with one other person. All utilities are included (heat/air-conditioning, electricity, internet, water, laundry, etc.). There is space for parking too if you have a car. The room will be available June 16th. There is a security deposit of $625 that must be paid before I will hold the room for anyone. My house is located on the northside of Fredericton, between Maple Street & Main Street, on Preston Drive, close to a few city transit routes with access to the city's walking & biking trails. It is a very quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything like grocery stores & downtown. If you are interested, please respond to this ad. |
