| I have a fully furnished (as seen in photos) room available now to rent in my house, just off Maple Street, beside the Westmorland Street Bridge, 3 minutes from downtown Fredericton. Utilities, laundry & parking included. My house is located close to 2 city transit routes: 12 Brookside/13 Prospect & 10 Carlisle/11 Prospect as well as the city walking/biking trails, which can be accessed from the bottom of my street. I am looking for a female, nonsmoker who is very clean, quiet, conscientious and must be good with cats as I have 2 indoor cats who are my babies. This is extremely important: if you do not meet these qualifications, it will not work out. You also must either be a student or be employed. I have always enjoyed having international students stay with me. We usually get along very well.
