You will also have your own large private bathroom with tub/shower and lots of storage drawers and cupboards. The room is furnished with a double bed, sheets and a comforter and pillow, or you can bring your own. There is also a desk with storage drawers and a corner unit shelf with drawers. You will need your own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilettries etc. The kitchen will be shared with the home owner. Living in the home is the professional female homeowner and a 9 year old child, along with 1 friendly dog and 2 cats. The pets will of course not be permitted in the rented bathroom or bedroom. There is parking for 1 car, as well as a deck to enjoy in the back yard. The city bus stops in front of the house for those without a car, and the walking trail along the Nashwaak River is right behind the house. Internet and electricity/heat and snow removal are included in the rent. |
