Looking for responsible new roommate with similar interests/qualities. House is spacious with large light giving windows. Great view of a beautiful large open field that is right beside the house. Relaxing front porch, and back yard with fire pit, BBQ, bike shed, and outdoor theatre! Pets that can be confined to your bedroom are allowed (ie; small animals like hamsters or reptiles). No cat/dogs sorry. We already have a dog and don’t want her to go through separation anxiety if she bonds with another animal and then that person ends up moving out. She is super friendly and chilled out most of the day, doesn’t bark and is fairly obedient. Must be willing to love her as part of the family and let her out to pee when she asks. Walking her encouraged but not required! Located near bus routes, shopping, and grocery stores. $525/month including all utilities and Internet! Available Aug 1st, 15th, or Sept. 1st.
