| Hello. I’m looking for a 3rd person to live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at The Onyx Apartments (1792 Pembina Hwy) It’s the top right bedroom (Check the layout attached.) In-suite laundry. Bathroom will be shared among 2 persons. Living room and kitchen space will be shared among 3 persons. Rent is $600 (except hydro and wifi). Almost new luxury building with lots of amenities (gym, tenant lounge, outdoor patio, movie theatre, etc). Restaurants and grocery stores are within 5 - 10 minutes walk. University of Manitoba is 10 minutes by bus. The room is available from May 1st and the person needs to sign a month to month agreement. The person must be clean and respectful towards other roommates. Absolutely no drinking, smoking or party inside the apartment. Me and my friend are very clean and well maintained and we take pride in the place we live in. Great place for students. Male preferred. |
