Room available as of July 1st in a West End home. Looking for a responsible, respectful, inclusive, and kind human to share my 2 1/2 story, fully renovated home with. Ideally looking for a roommate who is 2SLGBTQIA+ as I’m queer and non binary, and my other roommate is queer. Unfurnished room available, with a big closet and is on the second floor. Rent includes all utilities (heat, electricity, water, central air conditioning) as well as house alarm, and internet. Main floor is open concept and has a half bath with main floor washer and dryer. Kitchen has a new dishwasher. House is located in the West End and close to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, a block away from all major bus routes and about a ten minute walk from the University of Winnipeg. Looking for someone with experience living with roommates before. I’m a busy professional who spends a lot of time outside the house, and when home I like to cook, bake, garden and play guitar.
