Walking distance to the #14, #15, and #12 bus stop as well as to Walmart, planet fitness, etc. Bedroom located on main floor. Unfurnished. There is a small closet. Occupying this room are 3 plants that would like to stay close to the window. Rent is $575/Month and includes utilities. Deposit is $400. No rent receipts. Street parking only. Living here is the home owner (late 30s) and two other women (late 20's) (one upstairs and one in the basement). We all work full time jobs and have different schedules. There is a dog (as shown in photo). 7 years old and very friendly. MIGHT be able to consider another dog however NOT a puppy and must be well trained with a calm demeanour. The dogs would have to be introduced a few times to see how they get along. No cats. This is a quiet home and want to keep it that way. No overnight guests. No smoking. No drugs. We all take turns with cleaning, including vacuuming and moping main floor, taking garbage and recycling out, as well as keeping kitchen and bathroom clean. Due to sensitivities, this is a scent free household. Please no candles, air fresheners, or perfumes. Preferably non-scented laundry detergents.
