| Hi there, I am looking to initially sublet my Wolelsey 2 bed apartment for July 1 2025, or to find a roomate to share the accomodations. If roomate, the individual must be female, love small dogs, be a working individual and clean. Rent and hydro will be split. Internet is included. There may be an option to have some furniture to use in the second bedroom but uncertain until June 10th. If sublet, full apartment is yours as of July 2/2025( due to having to clean the apartment) you will need to apply on the Throwin website as well for this apartment. Square footage of the apartment is unknown, but it is very large. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms,a large living space for dinning and living room, old style non functional fireplace in the living area, bathroom and kitchen standard with fire excapre out kitchen back door. Sun room is amazing and a feature of this apartment as it faces the river and beautiful scenery. There is parking at an extra 100 a month , however i have been here for 2 months and park on the street and only one day at about 2 pm i had an issue finding a parking spot due to road cleaning.
