| Hi! I’m Amélie and I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely apartment. You’d be living with Brooke (24) and Morgan (27)! About the room: - Available: Between mid-July and the end of July (I’m flexible) - Sublet until April 2026, with the possibility to renew - Rent: $613/month (water included) - Utilities: Hydro approx. $10/month, + Wi-Fi (to be determined) - Furnishing: The bedroom can be unfurnished or partially furnished if you'd like to buy some of my furniture. - Common areas are partially furnished (we’re slowly refurnishing after a previous roommate moved out) About the Apartment: - Spacious, bright, and full of charm — it’s an older building with lots of character! - 3-bedroom apartment with shared living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and small sunroom - Laundry in the building - Located in a cute, safe, and walkable neighborhood: Close to Foodfare, two parks, Rexall, cafes, boutiques, and restaurants + Several bus routes nearby - Parking: No private lot, but limited free street parking available - No pets and no smoking About the Roommates: Brooke is a server who plays the violin and does pole dance. She loves music, languages, and learning new things. Morgan is a laid-back working professional who loves watching movies, listening to music, and crocheting!
