| I have a private and unfurnished bedroom available for ONE TENANT for $700/month in the St. John’s area between Main and Salter. This is a private room, the rest of the house is a shared space. You do not have to pay includes utilities or internet. Lease dates are flexible but long term tenants are preferred. The house is already occupied by myself and one other female tenant, and also is home to two cats and a dog. I may be open to bringing other pets in, but discussion will be necessary beforehand. The house has AC, first floor washer/dryer, and an extra available parking space in the back. It’s a 5 min walk to various grocery and convenience stores, and a 5 min walk to major bus routes located along both Main and Salter (18, 38). It’s a 10-15 minute bus ride to the UofW and Red River College. Looking for someone who MUST be LGBT+ friendly, stays clean and is a good communicator.
