Rooms are in the basement and have it's separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Equiped with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors including a 24/7 monitored alarm system. Super close to all amenities groceries, banks, restaurants, hospital, name it. Rent includes all utilities- water, heat and hydro, high speed wifi, Cable TV, Crave TV, Netflix, Prime TV and Disney+. House is on a quiet street and we prefer to keep it that way. There are also house rules that are expected to be kept. Feel free to reach out if seriously interested.
