| • Near Portage Ave and Valour Rd • 5 min walk to many major bus routes (11, 21, 22, 24, 25, 67, 78, 12). • Rent + utilities is $560 each including when split 3 ways. Currently me and another guy live here, so you will be #3. • We have 2 cats and 1 Frenchie dog - all friendly! • Open to 1, *maybe* 2 more litter trained cats (can't have any more dogs) • Laundry in basement • Street parking available w/ City of Winnipeg Pass • We both work a lot and mostly keep to ourselves. • Looking for someone respectful, responsible, and won't be having parties or smoking inside, etc. (Introverts or people with busy lives are ideal! lol) • Landlord will require verification of employment , credit checks and reference checks If this post is up I am still looking.
