| I’m looking for a roommate to share my home in beautiful River Heights! It is an awesome area within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, near Assiniboine Park and Pan Am pool. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown & Polo Park, about 15 minutes to the U of M and U of W. Located near major public transportation routes. You’d have a private upstairs bedroom that is fully furnished as well as access to the other spare room/office. Shared spaces include an updated kitchen, open concept living and dining room, newly renovated basement, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and amazing yard with deck. Parking is available on the street. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and close to everything you need. You will love it! I’m a teacher and have lived in Winnipeg most of my life. My home is quiet, clean and non-smoking. I spend a lot of my spare time training for triathlons. I also enjoy music, art, cooking and gardening. I have 2 friendly cats. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful roommate. References for your most recent accommodations and your employer will be required and checked.
