| I have a 1 bedroom apartment, in front of university of winnipeg in downtown which is called colony square , i am a girl and looking for a girl roommate that can settle asap . I recently moved to this building and i want to find someone that can stay in living room. I am mostly in my own room so you will have your privacy and if you want you can get a curtain or something to have your own privacy . The building is pretty nice, it has gym, a basketball court, a supermarket , underground parking , and a swimming pool , it is also pet friendly . The room is on the 9th floor and it includes fridge, oven and dishwashing machine. The landlord pays for water , monthly rent is 538+ hydro for each person which the hydro will be divided by 2. I’m student and also a employee. Im mostly quiet,alone and i like the place to stay clean. If you are interested text me so we can talk more;) |
