| Hello, I am renting a 2 bedroom apartment on Jefferson starting April 15 and looking for a roommate. You can move in later too. About myself - I am a south Asian (Indian) female and am okay sharing space with any ethnic background or gender. I am respectful of people’s personal space and like to keep the shared areas neat and clean. Not a big party person but okay with occasional parties at home. About the apartment-it is newly renovated, has a balcony, ample sunlight and located about 3 mins away from garden city shopping centre. Bus stop is a just a few steps away. Additional parking is also available for about 20$ . Rest of the utilities are included in the rent. Security deposit would be half the rent. If the add is still up- it is available.
