Per the property management, roommates will apply to be on a new lease starting in December 2024. I already moved out of my room, so you can move in this November if approved. Apartment was shared with a female roommate who remains in the other room. Total rent was $1233, includes all utilities, 1 parking (which is $25) and access to apartment swimming pool. You both pay for internet of choice. Rent was split between roommates. You will pay $629(includes parking). Parking can be taken off from lease application. The apartment is also marked down as one of the ones needing some renovations in the building (change of cupboards, etc). This is usually done every few years. Female roommate only!
