| As you can see it's a lovely space and I'm hoping to share it with kind, mature, clean, and welcoming women (x2) that want a safe space to call their home. Women that love dogs, enjoy a sunroom, and are thrilled to have a yard to lounge in, a media room to binge shows in, and a big open kitchen/dinning to host in. I work from home (am AuADHD) and am around a lot but am quiet most of the time (I love to cook with music :) If none of these activities are your thing and you just need to sit and study that's fine too. Just know it will all happen living here - I love to host and have gatherings from time to time (no big rager, but I do like to throw a good party on a special occasion). But we'll come up with a great roommate agreement and I hope to build great respect for our individual needs and quiet times. You'd be living with Jack & Ollie too. My Yorkie x dogs (hypoallergenic). It's a 1 1/2 bath, 3 bedroom house. The Smart Park is just through the back lane and it's a very quick walk (15 mins) to U of M. Our street is a real community and everyone takes a lot of pride in caring for their homes and each other so if you love the sounds of that let's set up an call and see if we're a good fit! $750/month for the smaller room (hid-a-bed currently) $800/month for the larger room (office currently) Rent includes A/C, wifi, laundry (in the basement), utilities. Street parking but there is room for one car in the back (outside, if needed). Available September 1, 2024 (1 year lease) |
