| I am, a single renter. Small three bedroom house. Looking for a student to help with living space. Will have your own room must be quiet clean and no hard drugs or an alcoholic. Looking to help someone have an opportunity to study and work and help out. Must have a part time job or full-time and going to school. Only bedroom empty no space for other furniture or extras must store your belongings. If have a vehicle there is parking on front Street but can't park on it over night close side streets availability. No parking on back of house. Close to main Street and downtown. And stores. If interested I will need proof of job and school and there will a small tenate agreement to sign. Month to month. 15 day notice. Will want half of money up front for damage deposit and first month's rent. Will receive damage upon move. If everything is ok and not a problem. I'm a quiet older man looking to help plus someone to share and help me out also. Can message and set up an appointment to check it out Ty.
