Only 3 people living in a 2200+ sqf house with a 5000 sqf yard. 5 min walk to bus lines 672,671,662, etc going directly to UofM, Superstore, Sobeys and more. The room is on the second floor and has a double bed and closet for use. You’ll be sharing a full bathroom with another female roommate. Hydro and Water will be divided between three people living in the house. All other utilities costs are on the landlord.
