Must be neat, clean, respectful, and quiet. $500 for unfurnished room or $550 for furnished room which would include single bed, desk, lamps, mirror, dresser, chair, side table, rug, and bookshelf. Bedroom is on the upstairs floor with a large west facing window and includes curtains and large walk in closet. Deposit of $250 is required and will be returned upon completed checkout list and cleaning. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet. Shared house supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning supplies are extra and split among roommates. Weekly shared cleaning responsibilities. Shared bathroom, living room, new kitchen/dining area, attic storage, and washer/dryer and large freezer in basement. Lovely sunroom in backyard. Room for gardening and some storage in garage and outdoor BBQ (shared propane expense). Ample street parking for a vehicle. Landlord owns the house and lives here with 2 other long standing roommates. Will share main floor common spaces with house owner and 1 other roommate. The other roommate lives in the basement suite. We are all working professionals. We like to host friends and family and roommate nights. Close to: University of Winnipeg, Booth, Miller, and downtown, major bus stops, lots of free street parking and generally safe and friendly neighbourhood, just off of Henderson Hwy, grocery stores not far (Fresco, Sobeys, Shoppers, No Frills), 5 minute bus ride to downtown and bus transfers, beautiful parks, 5 min drive to Regent area, 15 minute drive to Polo Park.
