| Looking for quiet, independent, respectful and clean female student to rent out one of the rooms in the basement (two bedroom total but one currently taken up by another female renter). International female students are welcome as well! Please message us stating a bit about yourself. Utitilies are included - wifi, hydro, etc. There is a back door entrance. One bedroom is available. The other room is occupied by a female student. We are looking to rent the other room out to another female student. Location of the house is off chancellor. There is a bus stop in our area (5-8 minute walk) that goes straight to the u of m. Superstore is close by (15 minute or less of a walk) Room be available Sept 1st!
