| Looking for a roommate to become part of a home in the Main & Redwood area. It’s a huge house, kept clean and in good condition, holds 5 people (who often barely see each other). Your rent includes all utilities and unlimited high speed internet (no cable, we don’t bother with it due to the internet capability). Excellent bus connectivity – parking is pretty good. The immediate area is good, with nice neighbors and well cared for houses, yet it does change within a few blocks. House is quite well furnished, the bedroom you would use is not. Always room to bring some furniture, and the basement has more than ample storage. We’re looking for a ‘good fit’ for the house – someone we can feel at home with and someone who feels at home with us. It’s not just a house… We’re mid-fifty’s to early 60’s males, all smokers, and generally fairly friendly. We try to keep the house looking good, and are usually adding something, bringing home a new gadget, etc. Excellent supply of kitchen gadgets is included.. Again, we’re looking for someone we feel comfortable with, and vice-versa.
