| April 2 2025 This is a fully renovated house with a renovated self-contained suite for rent. The suite has it's own kitchenette and bathroom. This is a quiet Rooming House with strict rules to ensure the house is quiet and secure for all. There is a 24/7 security camera system in place. Any new tenant must abide by the house rules which include no smoking, no overnight guests, no guests after 11pm, etc. The room is $496 per month which includes all utilities. Damage deposit is required. Room is available anytime. If you are interested you can text or email but please provide the following information in your text or email otherwise your request will not be responded to: - your full name and age - EIA or cash renter (both are accepted) -two references (one has to be your previous landlord) Can you please provide us with two references including your previous landlord?
