| Available May 1. Read full ad before responding. Females only. Bedroom for rent is on main floor of house. Furnishings include: single bed, desk, storage cubbies, and laundry hamper. There is a closet and hangers included. You must provide your own bedding(sheets, comforter, pillow) for hygienic reasons. All of your belongings must fit in this room-no additional storage provided. House is located within walking distance to Ellice ave, Very close to walmart and several bus routes. Living here is homeowner (38) and international student renter (Female - 22). This is a quiet house. Not a party house. Overnight Guests not permitted. Quiet time 10pm. Everyone is expected to do their part in keeping their spaces and communal spaces clean and help out with taking out garbage/recycling. Rent is $600/month and includes utilities and wifi. No cable. No tv. Damage/Security deposit of $400 required, as well as reference and valid photo ID to verify identity. Deposit is returned at end of tenancy assuming no damage and that appropriate notice has been given. Rent receipts will not be issued. You must love dogs!!!! If interested: tell me about yourself including: Where are you currently living and why are you moving? Why do you want to live here specifcally? Do you work? If so, where? How long have you been working there? Are you a student? If so, studying where? How will you afford rent? What's your typical schedule like? How long of a stay are you looking for?
