Looking for a room-mate to help split the cost of rent ($1795) Must like dogs/cats (dog is moving in september) The apartment has a 9.1 rating on local apartment rating apps Exchange District 2 Bath Insuite Laundry Island New Appliances AC 16 ft Ceilings Top Floor Gym (in basement) As of September I will be doing a dual residency and will not be in the apartment for 2-3 weeks per month.
