| Im renting out a room, in my 3 beds 1.5 bath house. I’m looking for a roommate, student or working professional (20s/30s) to share my home with. I have a dog who is very sweet, quite and well trained. so you must love dogs. Also you’d never be responsible for her. I currently have one other roommate who will be moving out at the end of may whose in the other room. This room can be furnished with a double bed and nightstand if needed. The home is fully furnished and fully stocked with all home appliances, Just need to bring your personal stuff!!! The bedrooms are on second floor, I have a basement that has a second living room area, a bit of gym equipment and lots of storage space also contains the laundry area as well. Outside backyard has a BBQ, fire pit and seating, also have a shed with some extra storage. And have a decent sized garden! All utilities split equally.
