Everyone is very busy in the whole house and there is ample alone time, and little traffic. Everyone is VERY noise tolerant and fine with occasional weekend gatherings, especially if they are invited. Regular weekday quiet time in effect from 10pm to 8am (re: excessive noise). Landlord is ok with considerate and discreet activities of residents or guests. Landlord lives in B.C. so just govern ourselves pretty much. We are non-judge-mental, trustworthy, easy going, positive communicators.
