| I have a master bedroom for rent to someone who fits the vibe. Currently the living situation is 1 roommate in his twenties and I am in my 30s. The house is a chill place. We are on north Salter (by Leila) which means great access to busses. We are a 5 minute walk away from a half-dozen restaurants and a 10 minute walk from IGA (on Jefferson and Main). 5 minute drive from the Garden City Mall. I have included the photos of it empty and with a previous tenant's setup. Just to show the size of the place. The size of the room is 18.5 feet by 9.9 feet. The rent includes all utilities, and cleaning supplies for the house (you still have to get your own personal cleaning supplies like shampoo and detergent for laundry). The internet is all WiFi 1gb Shaw. Other bonuses - Decent gym in the basement with a Concept 2 rower, and a squat rack. - Firepit in the back - like mentioned the house is quiet and clean. - house is none smoking Expectations - clean up after yourself (don't leave a kitchen dirty after cooking, or a ton of dishes in your room). - If you want to have a fire, you have to watch over it (no walking away with no one in attendance, can't believe I have to say that). - The upstairs bathroom needs to be cleaned once every 2 weeks, that is on rotation for the tenants to take turns (works out to once every month per roommate) - Sorry no pets if you want to bring them (I already have a cat, he is not friendly with other animals) |
