| Central living in Corydon Area/Earl Grey/Fort Rouge-East Fort Garry (not far from Osborne Village). House Features: 2,000 sq. ft. of space. Higher end vinyl floors throughout the main and upstairs area with carpet in the basement, soft close cabinet drawers and other high-end finishes complete the home. There are huge windows for lots of natural light, as well as pot lights and light fixtures all throughout. House has 3.5 bathrooms with bright vanity lights. There is in-suit laundry with brand new washer and dryer set. The kitchen is equipped with Samsung appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave), decent sized island, lots of cupboard space and a shared pantry area. We also have a small BBQ in the back. The whole common area is fully furnished and stocked (except your bedroom). The room available is the basement bedroom where you have a bathroom to yourself. Rent: $750 Security Deposit: $375 Roommate responsible for rent (rent covers electricity, heat and water) and equal share in internet, and cleaning supplies. With bills included, it’s generally less than $800 monthly. About us: We are LGBT friendly and 420 friendly. There are 2 females, and a guy living here, so we are looking for someone that is comfortable and would get along with everyone. We hope to find someone super chill and friendly who is also great at keeping the place clean and tidy. We enjoy making dinner on occasion, having some drinks, movie nights, board games and going out. A lot of time the house is empty and quiet because everyone is working, gone out or having some down time in their own rooms. The room that is available is downstairs.
