| Looking for private owner to rent me a suite, apartment, preferably a basement with private entrance. I get my rent sent to owner directly from eia/long term disability. I also have half month rent damage deposit. I'm looking for immediate possession as I'm leaving a bad situation. Lease agreement can be short term, or Long term. I'd prefer utilities with laundry and internet included but can manage if not. Pet friendly preferred as I have a fixed male adolescent cat. He's being babysat right now.
