| Hi there Landlord and Agency! I am currently looking to rent a place ASAP! I'm 2 years new to the city starting to get used to it. I have 3 beautiful children, I am 35 years old and I am a single mother l moved to Winnipeg to get away from a bad abusive relationship didn't like the life that way. Wanted to move away to be safe and for my kid to have and see a better life. I am on EIA I need a place that is EIA friendly . I would like to rent a 2-3 bedroom place hoping to have the utilities included with the rent. My budget is $600-$1200 . I don't do alcohol or dont do drugs o keep to myself sent make much friends . So you won't have to worry about me were a nice quiet family. I am sttaing with my sister right now but he is moving to next privinybu April 31.
