| Hi My name is Angel, I am a student at the university of manitoba and i am looking for a female roommate for my apartment after living with my current roommate for 4 years. She is now moving out at the end of May. The unit has a washer and dryer and a lot of storage areas. The hydro and wifi is not included in the rent but on the plus side the hydro is only expensive in winter and our wifi is less than $30 per month. The apartment is less than 15 minutes away from U of M with the bus and it’s like 5 to 6 minutes drive. There is also a blue downtown bus 6 minutes walk away. Let me know if you have any more questions. You can search up Tudor Village to get an idea of what the apartment looks like. I have uploaded pictures of the room you’ll be releasing.
