Rent before caretaker discount: $1220/month PLUS hydro. Includes courtesy internet. All Manitoba tenancy rental rules apply ie. Deposits, reference checks, and income verification, etc. Rent rebate/discount will depend on what tasks are included in your contract. Snow removal and yard care for this tiny property must be included. Some overseer tasks May include: 1. Ability to print and scan documents on your home computer/device system Print and deliver paper notices as required. 2. Keep the common areas (entry way, laundry room) clean (usually 2 - 4 times per month depending on the season – takes about 20-30 minutes per time) 3. Show suites, complete paperwork for move-in, and move-out inspections and walk-throughs with tenants. 4. Seasonal yard maintenance: Snow shoveling/lawn mowing, etc. 5.
