| Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share my West End home with as of July 1st. The house is two and half stories and has four bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and an open concept main floor. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, inclusive, and kind roommate. Ideally looking for a roommate who is 2SLGBTQIA+ as I’m queer and non binary, and my other roommate is queer. There is a large unfurnished room available on the second floor, with a big closet. Rent includes all utilities (heat, electricity, water, central air conditioning) as well as a house alarm, and internet. The floor is open concept and has a half bath with main floor washer and dryer. The Kitchen has lots of counter space, and a new dishwasher. The house is close to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, a block away from all major bus routes and about a ten minute walk from the University of Winnipeg. A good match would be someone who has experience living with roommates before. I’m a busy professional who spends a lot of time outside the house, and when home I like to cook, bake, garden and play guitar. The other person living here is a student who studies long hours.
