The fully furnished house is extremely close to the University of Winnipeg and the rapid transit line to the University of Manitoba (2 min walk to the stop and then one bus to U of M ~20min, buses come every 5 minutes in the morning, 5-10 minute walk to U of W) and several grocery stores (~5 min walk), street parking is available. Large furnished common areas including dining room, living room with television, fully equipped kitchen with new glass top convection oven, new fridge and new microwave, bathroom has both a claw foot tub as well as a separate shower. Bedroom has been recently renovated and painted. On site laundry and storage, 150 + Mbps hi-speed internet, clean and quiet environment, must be comfortable living with 2 friendly cats and one small non shedding hypo-allergenic dog.
