| I'm looking for a female roommate who is 4/20 friendly, and is good with animals. I have 2 cats and a dog (pomeranian). This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home off of Portage Avenue between U of W and Polo Park. Rent includes internet and all utilities except a portion of the water bill. Professionals or students are preferred. Frequent loud parties, violence or hard drugs in the home are grounds for immediate eviction. Proof of employment or school registration is required as well as an interview. Bonus: Tenants will also have the option to receive 1-2 hours a month of free tutoring/mentorship |
