| Looking for a roomate (professional or student only) in my beautiful Bridgewater Condo. Includes large bedroom, closet, bed and desk. Fully decorated with all bedroom furniture and own bathroom provided. I have linens, pillows and towels that can be used or you can bring your own. My home is fully furnished and has everything you need from kitchen appliances to all the furniture - all you need is you, your clothes and any essentials. I would like to share my space with someone who is clean and very respectful of the space. No parties (obviously having family or friends over is fine). My last tennant was here for two and a half years and it was great! **No smokers, no drugs** I am a career focused individual who likes to stay active. I’d like my roommate to also be career or school focused. Must be pet friendly. I have a small cat and he loves people. I take care in keeping my house clean. Rent includes all bills (hydro/water/etc) it is a flat fee due monthly. This also includes an outdoor parking space as well as wifi, Netflix etc. In suite laundry. I also will be happy to split costs on paper products and laundry detergent, dish soap. I have a Costco membership so I buy in bulk and we can half it. Can discuss if interested. There is an on-site gym and outdoor pool. Next to Altea. Plenty of trails and paths near by. Security deposit of $625 is to be paid up front.
