| Watch out for this guy! After going back and forth to meet him and in the end give him $440 cash to hold a room for April 1st which was all good and well. ** Red Flags though! ** DID NOT want to sign a EIA rent form which meant his rent of only 440 would have been more than covered (EIA covering over 600 in rent assist for a single person) which was clearly explained. DID NOT want his name on any records, which was shady. Call it my mistake for giving the guy an ounce of trust and handing the guy any money because he now refuses to refund my deposit telling me to find someone to rent the room and on his word (which doesnt mean much now) he will refund me a portion of the months rent. Renters beware! Nice guy at first but, sheep in wolves clothing. |
