| Bridge Lake Dr 370 The Pinnacle at Bridgewater We’re offering a lease takeover for our lovely apartment located on the second floor. The unit is part of a quiet building with wonderful neighbours. The windows face an open field — no street noise, just peace and calm. The current rent is $1,840/month as set by the landlord, but we’re offering a contract takeover until the end of March with a partial rent subsidy. Your total monthly payment until the end of March would be $1,720, and water is included in the rent. We have to move out on August 1. We would like to find a new tenant with a move-in date in early August. To do this, we will compensate part of the rental costs for the new tenant at our own expense. The standard rent from the company is $1,840. Our contract will be valid until the end of March, which is 8 months. For this period, we will compensate $120 per month, meaning that the total amount of our bonus to you will be $960. We can pay this amount directly to you via e-transfer after you sign the contract with the company. Or we can add this amount to your balance in the tenant's billing system.
