| My home is a modern unit with a fully equiped kitchen, in-suite laundry, a queen bed, electric fireplace, new leather couch, balcony with a view of the Seine RiverThere is indoor parking at cost and a bus stop at the front door. We are a 6 min. drive from St. Vital Mall and a strip mall much closer. It takes 15 min to drive to U. of M.The building has an exercise room, pool tables, small library, a sauna and security cameras. We have a building manager on site, three elevators. Sometimes I see dear, rabbits and geese from the balcony. I can see the river trail where you can stroll The area is safe, and I have very good neighbours.. I am a fully-vaccinated senior. |
