| Just an FYI on 754 Weatherdon in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Hydro runs about $400 a month in winter, and you will still be cold.Not well insulated. When you take a piss, you can hear it in the whole house. Washing machine doesn’t wash a comforter, so you will need to go to a laundromat for bedding. The front door doesn’t open in winter.AT ALL for about 4 months. Landlord allows pets but the yard is unsuitable for a dog. The neighbours will always complain about your dog just existing. You will also deal with the landlord rarely coming to mow the law, and the garden is full of weeds. Nothing can be hung on the walls. You are responsible for the snow clearing and shovel. No smoking also means on the property outside, not just inside the house. Don’t be fooled by a new kitchen. It’s lipstick on a pig. Landlord has cameras. |
