| We are subletting our large two-bedroom south-east facing apartment on 23rd floor of Evergreen Towers beside the Osborne Bridge. This place is all about the location, view and building amenities! The building is concrete construction, so it's quiet. It features nice common areas, including a gym and pool with change rooms and sauna. The on-site management is great about suite maintenance as needed and responding to questions and concerns. Dishwasher, toilet and shower tiles were replaced within the past year. Heat, water, hydro are included in the rent. There is Coinomatic laundry on every floor. We currently have two surface-level parking spaces that you can take over if you need one or both. There is also the option underground parking, if you prefer. The view has to be seen to be appreciated - bedrooms overlook downtown and east past the Forks and the Assiniboine River, and the balcony overlooks the whole south of the city. We have really loved living here, and are only moving because we bought a house. If approved to sublet, you would be taking over our lease until July 2025. Many of the attached pictures are from before we moved in to give a sense of the space. |
