| Subleasing our 1 bedroom apartment for May 1. $1023 with water and floor AC included. Pet friendly with deposit. They just renovated the bathroom too, huge tub! If I can take it with me I would. You pay hydro and heat, roughly $60 during the winter and $160 during the summer (I crank that AC almost 24/7 oops). If it's just you, you can cut these costs down in half. It's a good convenient area and super easy to get downtown. We're tall people so it takes 15 minutes to walk downtown, 10 minutes to get to Osborne Village. The building is quiet, well managed and laundry is right across the hall from the apartment! People keep to themselves and never had problems with losing packages. Bus stops are one block away, which is great for the cold winter days. If you do have a car, there is street parking. We have noticed signs for parking available at other buildings or multi-plexes, we suggest when you see it jump on it!
